Dr. O.S.V.D Prasad

A spiritually enlightened individual with a deep understanding of philosophy, they have authored over 15 enlightening books on Shridi Sai. Their compassionate nature is evident through their involvement in conducting over 100 eye camps, health check-ups, and providing food aid to more than 1000 people during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they have delivered impactful lectures on trial culture to both IAS officers and government officials.

Their influence extends beyond academia, as they have played a crucial role in assisting 15 individuals in achieving the prestigious IAS rank and guiding 42 others towards allied services. They also generously offer coaching to candidates preparing for competitive exams.

Furthermore, their dedication to social justice is commendable, particularly in their ongoing fight for tribal rights in Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. Their efforts have led to a significant increase in visitors to the A.P. Sammakka Sarakka pilgrimage site, with over two crore people now making the journey. Moreover, their advocacy has resulted in a historic allocation of nearly 14 lakhs hectares of forest land to tribal communities under the R.O.F.R Act, marking a remarkable achievement in their quest for equality and justice.

Agricultrue and Co-operation Department

Nearly in 20 Lakhs Hectors organic farming was encouraged, large scale coffee plantation in R.C. Vanam Pina apple in Seethampeta area and Cashew in large scale in tribal areas of A.P. as General Manager of S.T Finance Corporation encouraged self-Employment among Tribal youth.

In Co-operation with Govt. of India many Tribal Welfare Schemes were implemented by brining large scale amounts as grants to uplift the Tribal economy nearly 100 Crore worth of grants were brought from Government of India.

As an administrator given training from bottom level officer to top level like IAS officers etc. Teachers, office staff were given training as accounts general administrator etc. nearly more than 2000 training camps were conducted to upgrade the skill of the Government. Employers and also stream lined the administrators to reach the poor.

1) Health, Medical And Family Welfare Department

A New PHC’S and sub centers were sanctioned in tribal areas to read tribal people 2 ANM (ivr) centers were opened at Paderu and Bhadrachalam village Health worker scheme was introduced critical areas of A.P. Nearly 4800 health worker who are native of their village were trained on simple health practices and were placed in their village 108, 104 services were also introduced in tribal areas.

2) Attended Seminar on Nutrition and Helath under IFAD At Nepal.
3) Publication on Medicinal Plants of Tribal Areas.
4) Prepared ICDS project for World Bank in 1978 and 84.

C.R.P.C was introduced in tribal areas first time land transfer regulation 1/20 was implemented in (strict) sense schedule area rules and regulation were implemented into strict action taken on caste certificate and illegal occupation of tribal landed by non-tribal.
